2. Don't make a post announcing your new wonderful post count
3. Participants may not use the forums to post or transmit advertisements or commercial solicitations of any kind.
4. Don't post pictures you made and ask for people to rate/comment on them.
5. Don't post misleading subjects. Make the subject of your thread relevant to your topic.
6. Do not reply to obvious spam threads. Spam is considered any thread that lacks any point of discussion or is inappropriate to be discussed.
7. Do not create a thread saying you are leaving, you are back.
8. Do not post any 'I'm Bored' threads, there are plenty of other topics for you to post in, or maybe even consider reading a book, or catching up with the sun.
9. Do not create threads where the subject at hand is already being discussed
10. No "word games" or any threads which result in many just 1 or 2 word replies at fast intervals
11. Staff may lock a thread at any time for any reason. If the reason is not obvious, a justification post will be made to explain the action. Do not make threads about locked threads.
12. Do not post any material that may cause distress to others, this includes flashing images (triggers epilepsy), and 'screamers' (images that suddenly change to a screaming face)
13. You may not ask for answers, or give out any answers. The point of this forum is to help someone understand the subject, not to give out the answers.
14. Rules can be added at any time.
15. Do not argue with a staff member. What they say goes!
16. If you are inactive, for more then ten days, staff member's can put you on the termination list, and you will have a custom title saying so. after 30 days of being inactive, your account will be deleted.
17. Do not bump any posts within a 48 hour period
18. Signatures should be no bigger then 500pix

Infringes the rights, including without limitation the copyright, patent, trademark, trade secret or other proprietary rights, of any third party, or violates any agreement between you and a current or former employers concerning the intellectual property you create or created during your employment;
Is libelous or defamatory, or violates the privacy or publicity rights of any third party;
Consists of or contains viruses, Trojan horses, worms, malicious code or other harmful or destructive content;
Is obscene, lewd, lascivious, filthy or pornographic, that may constitute child pornography, or that may solicit personal information from or exploit in a sexual or violent manner anyone under the age of 18;
Depicts excessive violence, contains comments or images that are offensive, abusive, threatening, harassing or menacing, or that incites, encourages or threatens physical harm against another;
Promotes or glorifies racial intolerance, uses hate and/or racist terms, or signifies hate towards any person or group of people;
Advocates the violent overthrow of the government of the United States or other conduct that could constitute a fraud or other criminal offense, give rise to civil liability, or otherwise violate any applicable local, state, national, or foreign law or regulation;
Glamorizes the use of illegal substances and drugs;
Promotes gambling or casinos;
Promotes the buying, selling, or trading of firearms or weapons;
Violates in any way applicable laws or regulations, including without limitation laws designed to regulate unsolicited email or other electronic advertising, in any jurisdiction where the Website or Services are marketed or provided;
Violates any provision of this Agreement or any other ProBoards agreement or policy;
I feel that a moderator has acted unfairly. What can I do?
If you feel that a moderator has taken inappropriate action, there is a set procedure you can take to resolve this issue. Creating a thread about the problem in public is not the proper procedure and will result in the thread being locked, and a warning increase for established members who should know the rules.
•Send a PM to a Safety Personal, and have them take care of the situation. Please answer all questions they ask, as you may be banned for lieing, and false reporting.
•If you are not satisfied with the outcome, message Thomje112 or (its me).
In the event that you see a post you think breaks a rule or could be offensive/distasteful, look to the bottom right of the member's post next to 'Link to Post' and click 'Report to Mod.
Be sure to include a valid reason for your report, even if you think the reason is blatant.
The staff will review each report and, if necessary, you will be contacted to discuss the outcome or for additional details.
Please refrain from using the report feature unless you think it is an actual infraction.
Repeated reports without proper justification or any abuse of the system may result in a warning or loss of privileges
